Ransom brings experience spanning HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service businesses, having progressed from technician to trainer to business owner and then into executive leadership. His operational approach centers on scalable growth, KPI-driven accountability, and the development of high-performing leaders. Throughout his career, he has focused on aligning company culture with day-to-day execution while maintaining customer experience and service quality during periods of expansion.
In prior leadership roles, Ransom contributed to measurable operational results, including 54.8 percent year-over-year revenue growth and 805 percent membership growth at previous organizations. His earlier work also produced a 40 percent increase in customer satisfaction sentiment and a 29.9 percent increase in customer reviews. These accomplishments reflect his background in building service organizations prior to joining Endless Energy.
The appointment supports Endless Energy as the company continues to broaden its service offerings, which include heating, cooling, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, home energy assessments, and financing options.
