Animal health company’s monthly donation program awards $2,500 to shelters, rescues and nonprofits each month – and anyone can nominate

WESTLAKE, Texas, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Virbac is calling on veterinary professionals, pet owners and animal advocates to nominate a shelter, rescue or nonprofit for its Every Pet Project donation program. The monthly program awards $2,500 to two animal welfare organizations each month –  with nominations open to the public, so anyone with a cause worth advocating for can put an organization on the map.

Since its launch, Every Pet Project has supported 198 charities across 45 states, fueled by more than 150,000 nominations and $500,000 in cumulative donations. Animal shelters and rescues across the country continue to face mounting pressure – rising intake numbers, limited staff and growing demand for veterinary services. Programs like Every Pet Project provide direct financial support that can help bridge the gap between what these organizations need and what they have.
