Alaris Acquisitions (“Alaris”), a leading sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm serving the wealth management industry, today announced Natasha Pfeiffer as the firm’s managing director, head of buyer strategy. Pfeiffer will lead Alaris’ buyer strategy and relationships and work alongside the firm’s deal teams to help clients evaluate potential partners based on a comprehensive understanding of each buyer’s model. She will lead Alaris’ relationships across its network of more than 80 acquirers and oversee the buyer intelligence that powers Lens, the firm’s proprietary buyer-seller matchmaking platform.
Pfeiffer has nearly two decades of experience advising founders, executives and boards on M&A transactions, strategic initiatives and complex business matters. Most recently, she served as chief legal officer and corporate secretary of SageView Advisory Group, where she served on the executive leadership team and helped lead the company through its 2025 sale to Creative Planning.
“Natasha has a combination of transaction experience, legal expertise and firsthand knowledge of the buyer and seller perspectives that will be incredibly valuable to our clients,” said Jacqueline Martinez, managing partner of Alaris. “Our deep understanding of buyers is what makes our process different, and Natasha will play a critical role in making our intelligence more actionable. She knows that finding the right partner means looking beyond headline valuation.”
Prior to SageView, Pfeiffer served as senior legal director at Goldman Sachs, where she led the integration of its retail wealth management business into Goldman’s Private Wealth Management vertical following the acquisition of United Capital Financial Advisers. Earlier in her career, she was senior corporate counsel at Taco Bell Corp., and prior to that, spent six years as a litigator at Latham & Watkins LLP. She has advised on public and private company transactions from both buyer and seller sides, bringing a perspective to Alaris shaped by experience across M&A strategy, transaction execution and post-close integration.
“I’ve spent my career helping leaders navigate complex transactions, high-stakes matters and the strategic decisions that surround them,” said Pfeiffer. “What stands out about Alaris is the depth of its buyer intelligence and the emphasis they place on helping owners find the right long-term partner. I’m excited to bring my experience to that process and help owners evaluate their options, understand the tradeoffs and make informed decisions at pivotal moments in their businesses.”
Pfeiffer’s appointment marks the firm’s third key leadership hire this year, following the September 2026 onboarding of Jon Dubravac as senior deal leader and April 2026 addition of Tony Leonard as managing director of business development. The executives strengthen Alaris’ support and understanding of owners’ objectives and their ability to help them evaluate available buyers and partnership structures.
“Natasha’s role is about strengthening and deploying our proprietary intelligence and ensuring it reflects the realities of today’s buyers,” said Allen Darby, founder and chief executive officer of Alaris. “As the wealth management M&A market becomes more sophisticated, having a clear understanding of how buyers structure deals, operate businesses and approach integration is critically important for sellers.”

Alaris was named a 2026 5-Star Technology provider by InvestmentNews, recognizing the firm’s technology-enabled approach to helping RIA owners navigate the M&A process.
