SPOKANE, Wash. – IMEI.info, a technology website known for its IMEI lookup tools and device news, has published its 2026 ranking of the best managed IT service providers in Spokane. The report evaluated seven managed IT companies with offices in Spokane and Spokane Valley and scored each on 10 weighted criteria, using public data collected in October 2026. Six were ranked. BCA finished first with 71.5 out of 100, followed closely by Executech, Design I.T. Solutions and Nuvodia.

A Close Race at the Top of Spokane’s IT Market

The report starts from a common problem. Most Spokane businesses choose an IT provider through a referral or a Google star rating, and neither tells a buyer how quickly a provider responds, what it charges, or how far its security services go. The scoring was built to surface those details side by side.

The final rankings were:

  1. BCA – 71.5
  2. Executech – 68.5
  3. Design I.T. Solutions – 68.2
  4. Nuvodia – 67.1
  5. Cycrest Systems – 60.6
  6. CleverPath IT – 56.3

Only 4.4 points separate the top four. The report says the right choice depends on each business’s needs rather than on rank alone.

How the Providers Were Scored

Researchers began with Google Maps searches for managed IT, IT support and cybersecurity in Spokane and Spokane Valley, plus Clutch and ClearlyRated listings, which produced 15 businesses. To be scored, a provider needed a verifiable office in the study area and a managed services offering. National franchises, repair-focused shops and firms outside the area were excluded.

Reviews carried the most weight at 20 points. Depth of service counted for 15. Local presence, years in business, pricing transparency, response time, and certifications and partners were worth 10 points each. Team size, industry focus and recognition were worth five each.

Google ratings were adjusted toward the local average according to review count. As a result, a 5.0 from 10 reviews scores lower than a 4.9 from 80. Where a provider entered Spokane by acquiring a local firm, it was credited with that firm’s local history. Website claims were taken as published, and response times were not tested. Providers can submit sourced corrections through imei.info, and the scores will be updated and re-dated.

BCA Leads on Pricing and Response Transparency

BCA, based on North Division Street and operating in Spokane since 1989, earned the top score largely on transparency. It was the only ranked provider to publish per-user plans: $65, $140 and $180 per month, billed month to month. It also lists a response time of under 15 minutes and a 60-day money-back guarantee, and holds a 5.0 Google rating across 70 reviews.

The report also notes trade-offs. BCA has a smaller team than the regional firms on the list, offers 24/7 support only on its top plan, and names no vendor certifications. Even so, the report names BCA its top recommendation for most small and mid-size Spokane businesses.

Executech, Design I.T. Solutions and Nuvodia Close Behind

Executech placed second with the broadest security and compliance offering in the study. It lists 24/7 managed detection and response, a round-the-clock service desk, CMMC, HIPAA and PCI services, and partner tiers including Arctic Wolf Elite. The firm is headquartered in Utah, and its Spokane Valley office came from its 2018 acquisition of HiTechnique. It does not publish pricing or a response target.

Design I.T. Solutions, a downtown firm founded in 2005, ranked third. It has a clear healthcare focus and also has industry pages for legal, CPA, construction, financial services and manufacturing clients. It offers penetration testing, co-managed IT and 24/7 monitoring, though its pricing is custom and it publishes no response target.

Nuvodia, a Spokane Valley provider owned by a local radiology group, ranked fourth. It supports imaging systems such as PACS, VNA and RIS, which few MSPs handle. It has roughly 65 staff and publishes response targets by priority level, although those targets vary across its pages from 15 to 60 minutes. It had the fewest Google reviews of the six, with 13.

Long Local Histories for Cycrest Systems and CleverPath IT

Cycrest Systems, in business since 1992 from a single Spokane office, ranked fifth. Reviewers describe client relationships lasting 10 to 20 years. The firm publishes VoIP pricing and supports HIPAA, PCI, SOX and CMMC compliance. However, it lists no managed detection, penetration testing or vCIO services, and its support runs Monday to Friday.

CleverPath IT ranked sixth despite the strongest review profile in the study, a 5.0 average across 164 Google reviews. The Microsoft 365 and Azure specialist continues the former Philantech3 practice, which has served Spokane clients since the early 2000s. It has been headquartered in Gillette, Wyoming, since a 2025 rebrand, and it publishes no pricing, response target or compliance services.

Five Questions to Ask Before Signing

The report advises Spokane businesses to treat the scores as a starting point and to put five questions to any provider:

  • whether the response time is written into the contract
  • whether pricing is available before a sales call
  • whether support is 24/7 or business hours with after-hours fees
  • who runs security monitoring
  • what it takes to leave

It also highlights a trade-off between local and regional firms. In the scoring, Spokane-headquartered providers did better on local presence and continuity. Regional firms with a Spokane branch did better on security depth, certifications and 24/7 coverage.

The full report on Spokane’s top managed IT service providers, including provider profiles, the complete scoring method and an FAQ on costs and contracts, is available at https://www.imei.info/news/2026-report-best-managed-it-service-providers/. Because ratings and services change, the scores reflect October 2026 and will be revisited as the local market shifts.
